Electronics Servicing
The most common maintenance of your electronics equiupment can be easily completed yourself.
Any other issues can be rectified by returning that item of equipment to us and we will service it for a fixed fee.
If your equipment is still inside the 1 year warranty period, we will service it at no cost.
We aim to have all equipment serviced withing 5 working days of it arriving.
Motor Gear Disconnected
There is a small black grub screw on the blue part of the motors gear.
Slide the motor's gear back on to the axle shaft and tighten the grub screw using an allen key.
Note: there is a hole on the other side of the blue part. This is the correct, there should only be grub screw on one side.
Sockets Disconnected
If the socket comes loose, you will need to replace this as the plastic part of the socket will have got stipped.
Order an assortment of replacement sokets here. If your equipment is in the warranty period then we will send these at no cost.
Open the electronics box using an allen key.
Replace the socket as shown in this diagram.
Close up the electronics box, and tighten using an allen key

Servicing cost is a flat fee of $45 per item excluding GST.
Servicing of your battery where the lithium batteries need to be replaced is $65 excluding GST.
